Almost a month before the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board is set to award Pittsburgh's lone slots license, some of the parties who would be most impacted by a local casino said they haven’t had clear answers to questions about the increased traffic congestion and other issues.

The municipality of the capital city has decided to lower the values that the owners of chance game rooms have to pay. Therefore, a new rate was elaborated.
