Traffic, development and parking issues still concern, but slots have created more questions than solutions.
Less than a month before the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board is set to award Pittsburgh's lone slots license, some of the parties who would be most impacted by a local casino said they haven’t had clear answers to questions about the increased traffic congestion, reduced parking and other issues related to the project.
Solutions are in their way, but concerns are not going to be easily dissolute. Increased traffic is an important fact and concerning issue, because neighbors don’t want to add more complications to the already jammed traffic system.
Sometimes getting a parking space takes as much as ten minutes, and they do not want this already high loss of time to increase. Solutions and answers are required as soon as possible, according to the parties involved.
