During a press conference held in December, Scott said that they are very happy to move to Saipan and launch their Asian financial business.
Some time after Bridge Capital was established, Scott's partner, John Baldwin, established GG Acquisitions II and purchased a greyhound track near the island of Guam.
The company is now paying $5 for each signature that supports a referendum to legalize slot machines at the track.
Gambling opponents are challenging the campaign, which has until Monday to collect signatures from 4,959 registered Guam voters. The ballot will take place in November.
